A Boutique Luxury Development in San Diego

Fourth Avenue is a three-residence ground-up development completed in 2018, featuring approximately 8,050 square feet of residential space across the three individually designed four-story homes.

Each residence was designed around vertical urban living, with a private garage at ground level, an open-concept kitchen and living level above, dedicated bedroom suites on the upper floors and a private rooftop deck overlooking the surrounding San Diego neighborhood. 

Following completion, all three residences were individually sold.
