Celia leads the operational and financial infrastructure behind Ebrahimi Holdings, overseeing the systems and processes that allow a diverse and growing real estate portfolio to operate efficiently.
Her role spans the day-to-day business of the properties, including financial management, property management, leasing, tenant administration, compliance, and marketing. She also manages the systems, documentation, and reporting that provide visibility across the portfolio and keep each property operating effectively.
With a highly analytical approach and a strong ability to organize complex information, Celia works across every aspect of portfolio operations—from managing finances and tracking property performance to leasing new developments and positioning properties for the market.
Moe has an exceptional ability to recognize opportunity. With a deep understanding of properties, neighborhoods, and emerging markets, he identifies undervalued assets and sees their potential.
His decades of construction experience give him a perspective few investors possess. Moe can walk a property and identify what needs to be addressed, what can be improved, and how to transform a challenging or neglected asset into a high-quality property with lasting value.
